Online Calendar Submissions will open in Spring 2025!
To submit your event for inclusion in the Online Calendar please read the steps below, familiarize yourself with the process, and follow the link below.
EVENT PLANNING INFO
As you begin planning your events, we encourage you to review these steps:
Step 1: Read the following documents to ensure your event is well planned, accessible, provides a safer space, and adheres to public health guidelines:

Step 2: Review the List of Event Details required for the online submission form. Finalize your event details.
Step 3: Submit your event details so we can share your event in our Online Calendar.
Please note: Halifax Pride reserves the right to refuse any event submitted to the Calendar. All events must take place within the HRM, and during festival dates: July 17-27, 2025.
