Online Calendar Submissions will open in Spring 2025!
To submit your event for inclusion in the Online Calendar please read the steps below, familiarize yourself with the process, and follow the link below.
EVENT PLANNING INFO
As you begin planning your events, we encourage you to review these steps:
Step 1: Read the following documents to ensure your event is well planned, accessible, provides a safer space, and adheres to public health guidelines:

Step 2: Review the List of Event Details required for the online submission form. Finalize your event details.
Step 3: Submit your event details by CLICKING HERE so we can share your event in our Online Calendar.
Note: We are unable to add Accessibility Features to the above form. If there is an accessibility feature for your event that is not listed, please note it in the description and we can add it as a searchable feature in our Schedule platform.
Step 4: Start promoting, keep planning, and have fun!
